senior rep.

so YOU wanna be a sunnyfoxx senior rep?  of course you do!  why, cuz it's fun and a great opportunity to score some sweet discounts on your senior pics.  here's a few details you need to know about my rep program before accepting the offer.

first and foremost you represent sunnyfoxx for your senior year.  hence, the word 'rep'. what does that mean exactly?  that means you will have sunnyfoxx shoot your pics and no other photographer (aside from that cheeeeessyyy yearbook pic of course).  it also means you tell all your friends that if they don't use sunnyfoxx to shoot their pics they are super duper lame and you will pray for them.  jk!  sorta... as a rep i need y'all to be an influence on your friends.  think peer pressure but like crazy awesome, positive peer pressure.  for example... a twitter post, an instagram post,  snapchat your session with sunnyfoxx, etc.  social media is YUUUGE!  anytime you can use the hashtag #sunnyfoxxsenior it's a win.  but don't forget the power of word of mouth.  so speak up whenever the subject turns to photos.

essentially, you become my marketing and advertising department.  and as an employee of sunnyfoxx you get paid.  every sunnyfoxx rep automatically gets $100 off their senior session.  $100 DOLLARS!  just for posting some pics on insta?  seriously, that's some easy money.  most reps will also participate in a really fun themed group shoot.  we have a blast getting dressed up and running around BG taking pics.  also, i will send each of you some pics after that session to post on your social media and use as profile pics.... yes, i just said FREE PICS.  you're like whaaaaatt?  i'm awesome i know. try to contain yourself.

and one more thing, i know, you're like ... HOW.  i'm gonna sweeten the deal a little.  for each person that contacts me and books a session and tells me YOU referred them, you get 10% off your prints and products that you order.  so say you refer 4 people, that'd be 40% off your pics, albums, canvases, grad announcements etc y'all.

in conclusion... sunnyfoxx rep = good thing.  if this all sounds like something you could do then click that link at the bottom of my website and shoot me some details about yo-self.

peace.

spring break 2016 | nyc

this past spring break we were all on beach burnout.  in an effort to stir things up a bit and get our tribe out of its southern comfort zone todd surprised us all with plane tickets to the crossroads of the world... nyc.

this was an unforgettable trip for most of our little brood.  unfortunately, two of our kiddos had other obligations and couldn't come along.  we made the best of it despite missing them both terribly.  but we could not pass up the opportunity.

we had an incredible time and will never forget a second.  thank you todd!

10 on 10

Happy New Year!  One goal for this year... blog more.  In an effort to do so I've given myself a personal challenge to post 10 pictures of my everyday, ordinary life on the 10th of each month.  Welcome to a typical morning here on "The Ridge"  The light that enters our home this time of day is by far my favorite.  We designed and built this house from scratch.  If you were a photographer as fascinated by beautiful light as we are and had the privilege to design your own home it might look a little like this...

annabelle - sweet 16

i've had the honor and pleasure of knowing the amazing Miss A for 10 years.  she's as lovely inside as she is outside.  she's also been my assistant on some of my very first shoots, five years ago.  the really cool part is she's fallen in love with photography too and has launched her own business to raise funds for her mission trips to haiti where she loves on orphans.  (i told you she was amazing!)  her and her mother have been my biggest supporters over the years and, to be honest, my business would probably not be what it is today without them telling everyone to call me and book a session.

this past May, my little ingenue turned 16 and to celebrate i insisted she and her mama hightail it up to BG for a session.  we had the best time.
